2. PRODUCTS AND ARTWORK
We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately.
However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, monitor settings, lighting, and other factors.
Product mockups and lifestyle photographs may be used to demonstrate styling, placement, and approximate scale. Customers should always review the dimensions listed on the product page before ordering.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Oriwella canvas artwork is professionally printed.
Any visible brushstrokes, paint effects, plaster effects, grain, texture, impasto effects, or other artistic details appearing within an artwork are part of the printed design and are not physically raised or hand-painted.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and designs at any time without notice.
3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many Oriwella products are made to order specifically for each customer.
Production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Because of this, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Please carefully review your selected artwork, size, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Oriwella.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, product availability, incorrect pricing, or other order-related issues.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order and shipping information submitted at checkout is accurate.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available during checkout.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs charges, duties, or other charges where required by law unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders may require production time before shipment because many Oriwella products are made to order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you discover an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipment has begun.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can review the issue.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Because many of our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges resulting solely from change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer ordering errors, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the content available through the Oriwella website, including our branding, graphics, website design, product presentation, text, photographs, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Oriwella and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, exploit, or use protected Oriwella content for commercial purposes without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Oriwella is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Oriwella.
Shopify is not the seller of Oriwella products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders placed with Oriwella.

Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Because our store is powered by Shopify, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate our store, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide customer service.
